Dajenu (דינו)

Dajenu je pesma koja je nerazdvojni deo toka proslave Jevrejskog praznika Pesaha (פסח). Dajenu je reč koju delimično možemo prevesti kao – dosta nam je bilo. Hebrejska reč daj (די) znači – dostadovoljno; i enu (אנו) kao prvo lice množine sufiksa – nama. Ova tradicionalna numera stara više od hiljadu godina i njen najraniji tekst pojavljuje se u prvoj srednjovekovnoj Hagadi (הגדה של פסח), odnosno knjizi koja se tradicionalno čita u vreme Pesaha, koja je deo Sedera Rav Amrama iz IX veka. Pesma je o zahvalnosti Bogu za sve darove Jevrejskom narodu, među kojima je čin izbavljenja iz Egipatskog ropstva, ali i za darove Tore (תורה) i Šabata (שבת), jer i da se radilo samo o jednom od ovih poklona to bi bilo više nego dovoljno. Priča se pojavljuje u delu Hagade posle storije o egzodusu, a pre objašnjenja Pesaha, mace (beskvasnog hleba, מצה) i marora (gorkog bilja, koje se takođe konzumira za šarenolikom trpezom Pesaha, מרור).

Dajenu se sastoji iz 15 strofa, koje simbolizuju 15 poklona. Prvih pet uključuje oslobođenje Jevreja iz ropstva; sledećih 5 opisuju čuda koja su se zatim dogodila; i poslednjih 5 govore o bliskosti sa Bogom, koja im je darovana. Svaka od strofa praćena ponavljanjem reči dajenu:

  • Njemu koji nas je izbavio iz Egipta;
  • Njemu koji je izvršio pravdu nad egipćanima;
  • Njemu koji je izvršio pravdu nad njihovim bogovima;
  • Njemu koji je ubio prvorođene;
  • Njemu koji nam je dodelio njihovo zdravlje i bogatstvo;

  • Njemu koji je razdvojio more za nas;
  • Njemu kojinas je vodio kroz sasušene predele;
  • Njemu koji je podavio ugnjetavače naše;
  • Njemu kojinam je darovao potrepštine za vreme boravka u divljini 40 godina;
  • Njemu koji nas je manom (מן) hranio;

  • Njemu koji nam je darovao Šabat;
  • Njemu koji nas je doveo na Sinaj;
  • Njemu koji nam je Toru dao;
  • Njemu koji nas je doveo u zemlju Izrael;
  • Njemu koji nam je Hram izgradio;
